It\u2019s still very much winter and you definitely still need a <strong>heavy jacket<\/strong>; the air is crisp, and you can&#8217;t leave home without being bundled up. Despite being a rich portion, it didn&#8217;t feel overly heavy by Italian standards, just deeply satisfying and perfect for a chilly March day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"a-taste-of-local-soul-pappardelle-alla-monzese\">The funniest part? As soon as the waiter set the plate down, the people at the table next to me stopped talking. Their eyes went wide. Within seconds of seeing my portion, all three of them turned to the waiter and said, <strong>&#8220;We want exactly what she\u2019s having!&#8221;<\/strong> In that moment, I felt like a true <strong>Food Advisor<\/strong>.
