Dear Customer or Contact Person (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject“),

We would like to inform you hereby about the processing of your personal data. This information may be amended and/or supplemented also as a consequence of the updating of the applicable legislation.

  1. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING.

The Data Controller collects and processes personal data suitable for identifying you directly or indirectly, such as, by way of example, personal data, contact data, economic and banking data. The Data Controller collects and processes such data for the following purposes:

  • management of requests received through the contacts on our website, also for the purpose of establishing and managing contractual relationships and all related obligations (“contractual purposes“);
  • fulfilment of obligations arising from laws, regulations, provisions issued by authorities entitled to do so or by supervisory and control bodies (“legal purposes“).

The legal bases that make the processing of data lawful are:

  • for contractual purposes, by the need to ensure the correct management and execution of the pre-contractual and contractual relationship (art. 6, par. 1 letter B, GDPR), and therefore it is not necessary to receive your explicit consent;
  • for legal purposes, by the need to ensure the fulfilment of the obligations provided for by national and supranational legislation (art. 6, par. 1 lett. C, GDPR), and therefore it is not necessary to receive your explicit consent.
  • METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING.

The Data will be processed both with the use of manual and IT tools (such as, by way of example, company IT devices, internet and intranet, management software, company e-mail, access control systems, etc.) with methods and tools suitable to ensure maximum security.

The processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, necessity and in such a way as to protect the confidentiality of the Data. The Data will not be subject to any automated decision-making.

  • RETENTION PERIOD.

The Data Controller will retain the data collected for contractual and legal purposes throughout the relationship and will be kept even after the termination of the relationship that may have been established for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation, such as, for example, the tax legislation in force, and according to the limitation period of the individual rights arising from the contractual relationship,  without prejudice to the statute of limitations and/or legal terms for the exercise and/or defense of the rights of the Data Controller.

If requests and messages sent through the contacts on the site do not lead to the conclusion of a subsequent contract, the personal data collected will be deleted within a maximum period of 2 years.

  • SUBJECTS WHO PROCESS THE DATA. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA.

The authorized personnel of the Data Controller are responsible for the execution of the processing according to their respective duties, while the Data Processors designated in writing perform the same function within their respective responsibilities. The processing is carried out in accordance with the instructions provided by the Data Controller, ensuring the adoption of adequate security measures for the protection of the data processed and guaranteeing its confidentiality. Furthermore, the data may be communicated to third parties where such communication of data is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes described above.

  • TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES.

The data collected will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

  • NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA.

The provision of personal data is necessary in order to comply with legal and contractual obligations and, therefore, any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Data Controller to execute the requests received, any contracts arising from them, as well as the consequent legal obligations.

  • RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT.

We inform you that, in your capacity as a data subject, you have the right to exercise the rights referred to in art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR, which you can enforce by addressing a specific request to the Data Controller, including that of obtaining from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence of your personal data, their provision in intelligible form, the correction or updating of the same, as well as their cancellation, or to limit all or part of their processing,  and to oppose it for legitimate reasons. You also have the right to request the transformation into anonymous form, limitation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.

Finally, in the event that you believe that the processing concerning you violates the GDPR, the latter has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, or to take legal action.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
