Hi everybody! We have arrived at Voulisma beach in Crete, Greece. This is one of the best beaches you can find in the northeast part of the island.
This beach is very close to Agios Nikolaus because it’s only about 15 minutes by car from this city. This is also an excellent area where to stay because Agios Nikolaus is a lovely city. It offers different activities to do, boat tours and there are also good restaurants.
The roads in this area are also good and you don’t have long dirt roads to get to the beach, such as the one to get to Balos Beach or mountain roads with many hairpins bends as to get to Elafonisi Beach.
That’s why we can prefer the car to get to Voulisma beach. The car park in front of Voulisma beach is quite big and free, so you should not have any problem parking the car.
In front of Voulisma beach, there is also a bus stop so you can arrive at this beach also by bus. Anyway, I don’t recommend using the buses in Crete because the bus time is not really trustable and often the bus arrives late.
Now let’s go down to the beach to enjoy the beauty of Voulisma Beach.
As you can see, there are sunbeds and umbrellas to rent, and we’ll also find out the prices in a few moments.
According to the kind and position, the cost of two sunbeds and one umbrella is between 10 and 20 euros.
