Niente di particolarmente turistico da visitare o qualche importante monumento da fotografare. Basta per\u00f2 mettersi in macchina per apprezzare il tunnel di verde che attraversiamo e gli scorci che intravediamo al rapido passaggio in auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aYLsoy48AYk?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Arriviamo al parcheggio e aspettando gli altri ci sediamo sulla panchina in completo relax, scaldati dal sole, ascoltando il silenzio e ammirando gli effetti di luce sulla montagna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ci siamo tutti? Ok possiamo entrare &#8230; si mangia! Veniamo subito accolti in modo caloroso dallo staff e in breve tempo iniziamo il percorso culinario con prodotti tipici bergamaschi. Da che cosa si pu\u00f2 iniziare se non dai <em>casoncelli<\/em>? Talmente buoni che, pur volendo fare la foto, mi sono dimenticata perch\u00e9 non vedevo l&#8217;ora di assaggiarli. Poi <em>gnocchi ripieni<\/em>, <em>polenta concia<\/em>, <em>funghi<\/em>, <em>tagliata di manzo<\/em> e <em>cinghiale<\/em>. C&#8217;era talmente tanto cibo che per non scoppiare ho adottato la tattica delle miniporzioni.
